Living Stones Fellowship Church is housed in a historic building in downtown Warrens. Built in 1902, the structure has been a municipal building, a roller rink and a community theater.

The Open Door Baptist Church actually began as the First Baptist Church of Warrens in 1886. A century later, the congregation had outgrown its home. Plans were drawn up and work began on a new building located between Warrens and Tomah. In 1993, the congregation moved into its new facility.

St. Andrew's is a mission parish of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Tomah. Mass times at St. Mary's include 4 p.m Saturday, and 7:45 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. St. Andrew's Church was built in 1897 in the Town of Knapp, north of Warrens. The church was relocated to the site it now occupies in Warrens in 1940.

The history of St. Matthew's congregation dates back to 1875, when worship services were held in area homes. In 1900, the first St. Matthew's Church was built, but was destroyed by fire in 1925. The second St. Matthew's Church (which still stands) was dedicated in 1930. With the congregation growing, a larger church was needed and the new St. Matthew's Church was dedicated on May 17, 2009.
